Regalia Trunk Reservation (CEI V)
Your chapter must submit a Request for Regalia Trunk Reservation (Form T) for your chapter's upcoming initiation. To earn
CEI points, the reservation must be made at least 45 days before your initiation ceremony.If your chapter has not submitted reserved regalia, click here to do so now. Regalia is assigned in the order requested, so make sure your reservation is submitted today!
Badge Orders (CEI V)
Each chapter is required to lease a badge for each initiate prior to your initiation ceremony. The order must be placed
at least 21 days before the initiation ceremony to earn CEI points.
Badges may be ordered from the Deltasig Shop on the Delta Sigma Pi web site.

Initiation Packet for Chapters / Pledging Ceremony (CEI IV)
Select this option if you are responsible for reporting pledges, faculty and honorary candidates and submitting their Applications for Membership and Faculty/Honorary Initiate Applications (if applicable). Reporting pledges and faculty/honorary candidates is the first step in setting up the Online Initiation Packet.
On the screen that follows, select your chapter/school from the pull down menu and then enter your chapter password.
If you or other chapter officers such as the President or Vice President - Chapter Operations do not have the password, please contact the Central Office by e-mail at centraloffice@dspnet.org or by phone at at 513-523-1907.
Initiation Packet for Applicants
Select this option if you are a pledge or candidate and have been asked to complete your Application for Membership by the Vice President - Pledge Education.
On the screen that follows, select your chapter/school from the pull down menu and then enter the password provided to you by your chapter. If a password was not provided, seek guidance from the Vice President - Pledge Education.
Once you've gained access to the membership applications, select EDIT next to your name and fill in all the required information. Then, click SAVE when finished. After this, close out the browser window.
Complete the Initiation Report (CEI VI)
Select this option to complete and submit your chapter's Initiation Report within 14 days following the initiation. You must complete the Membership Application Package for the Pledging Ceremony and receive approval from the Central Office before you can access and process your Initiation Report. Each pledge, faculty and honorary initiate candidate you plan to initiate must appear on this Initiation Report. If a person does not appear, please contact centraloffice@dspnet.org or call 513-523-1907 prior to Initiation.
