RECRUITING
Using word of mouth, direct mail, or another form of marketing, hold a recruitment event, inviting members from all chapters who live in the area. Set a regular meeting schedule. Typically, an alumni chapter will meet for some kind of activity once each month.

All requests must be e-mailed with a brief description of how you will intend to use the contact information. Please remember, for legal purposes, the release of a radius report is at the discretion of the Central Office.
CHARTERING A NEW ALUMNI CHAPTER
To charter a new chapter, you are required to submit:If possible, please e-mail completed documents to alumni@dspnet.org
- Submit a roster of your chapter members
- Submit an updated copy of your Chapter Bylaws
- Submit an Officer Report

- A Chartering Fee of $25
- A Liability Insurance Fee of $50
- Apply for an EIN / TIN with the Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.)
(National Bylaws require a minimum of 10 members.)

- All franchised alumni chapters must be individually registered and recognized by the I.R.S.
- Please visit
the I.R.S. website for instructions on how to file a Form SS-4. Please contact
accounting@dspnet.org to complete the GEN field of the SS-4 Form.
