To correct this problem, please follow the instructions below:

For Internet Explorer:
- Click 'Tools... Internet Options' on the Internet Explorer Menu
- Select the 'Privacy' tab
- If your setting is 'Block all Cookies', change the setting to 'High'
- Click on the 'Edit' button in the lower-right corner of the window
- Type 'dspnet.org' in the 'Address of Website' box, and click 'Allow'
- Click OK, then Apply, then OK again.
- Close all browser windows and re-open the link to http://www.dspnet.org/scholarship/login.aspx

For Netscape:
- Click 'Edit...Preferences' on the Netscape Menu
- Double Click 'Privacy & Security' to Expand the List
- Click 'Cookies'
- Select the 'Enable Cookies for the originating website only' Option
- Click OK
- Close all browser windows and re-open the link to http://www.dspnet.orgscholarship/login.aspx

 You should now be able to log in properly.
